Guide to Calendar Events
Fleet Stack's Calendar Events feature provides an easy way for users to keep track of key events such as new vehicle and user additions or upcoming vehicle expirations. Here's how to use this feature effectively:

Login to Admin Account
Log in to the software using the admin credentials to access the admin dashboard and calendar features.
2️⃣
Navigate to Calendar
In the admin dashboard, go to the 'View' menu and select the 'Calendar' option to open the calendar view.
3️⃣
View Calendar Events
In the calendar view, users can view events such as newly added vehicles and users, as well as vehicles that are approaching expiration, using color-coded indicators.
4️⃣
View User Details
By clicking on the user’s event in the calendar, details such as the user's admin number, number of assigned devices, contact status, and current status are displayed.
5️⃣
View Device Information
Clicking on a user's event will also show information about their assigned device, such as the device IMEI, SIM, vehicle type, and device type.

Customize Calendar View
The software allows the admin to choose from different display formats: day, week, or month view based on the requirements.
